About
the Owner of Lisa's Hands of Time
Lisa Schreider
Lisa calls herself a creative concierge, an entrepreneur and owner of her
own personal shopping, errand-running, and organizing business, Hands of
Time. She helps people in and around the Greater Boston and Metro West
areas to organize their lives, and ease daily stress, while maximizing
time to spend with their families. Lisa uses her inventiveness and
spatial skills to create and maintain order in her clients’ homes and
lives.
Her
Story:
Previously, Lisa acted as the Manager of Marketing and Public Relations
at a small web site for promotional products in the Metrowest area. After
surviving several years in the dot-com craze, ultimately losing her job
in a fickle market, she decided to start her own business that combined
her two loves: people and shopping! …and the rest is history.
Prior to joining that
company, she was the Public Relations Specialist at a telecommunications
service provider in Newton, MA. While pursuing her master’s degree in
Corporate Public Relations she worked for the World Trade Center’s events
planning department in Boston, MA. She has 10 years of marketing, event
planning, public relations and entrepreneurial experience under her belt.
Lisa is a graduate of Brandeis University (BA) with degrees in History
and Journalism and Boston University’s College of Communication (MS) with
a degree in Corporate Public Relations.
